B2B Marketing Manager

About us

CJ Aerospace is one of Australia’s leading aircraft spare parts distributors.

Our state of the art warehouse is dedicated solely to aircraft parts warehousing and distribution. We are specialists in supporting operators of small to medium turboprop aircraft, and we currently support King air, Twin Otter and Beech 1900 aircraft.

Position details:


  • This role is responsible for all aspects of marketing at CJA and involves engaging with owners and sales team as well as external designers, suppliers and media outlets when required.
  • Key accountabilities include management of marketing campaigns to new and existing customers, website and social media channels to deliver business objectives.
  • The candidate will need to be organised, results driven, self-directed and motivated with attention to detail.
  • The candidate will report to the company director and work within our small team at the CJA office in Taren point for 3-4 days per week (flexible hours available).

Main accountabilities

Campaign Management (acquisition)

  • Planning of marketing campaigns targeting new customers.
  • Key channels include industry publications, sales collateral, website and social channels.
  • Execution of marketing campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Reporting and measurement of campaign success.
  • Working with company director, sales team and graphic designers to deliver the campaigns.

Campaign Management

(existing customers)

  • Build existing customer campaign calendar including upsell, cross sell and targeting dormant customers.
  • Execution of campaigns using company database and Mail Chimp.
  • Reporting and measurement of campaign success.
  • Ongoing management of customer database.

Sales Collateral and Merchandise

  • Development of sales material including briefing, copy writing, design and production.
  • Design and sourcing merchandise to support sales team.
  • Manage ongoing updates to collateral and printing requirements.

Event Management


  • Event management of industry trade shows approx. 1 per year



  • Ensure all customer communication and campaigns are aligned to brand positioning and guidelines.

Website Management


  • Copywriting and ongoing optimisations to website
  • Campaign integration on website including imagery and landing pages.
  • Website analytics and reporting against KPI’s on a regular basis.
  • SEO review and optimisations.

Social Media




  • Development of social media strategy including objectives, channels and content pillars.
  • Planning and development of monthly content calendar for all channels.
  • Execution of content plan including sourcing and posting content.
  • Community management across all social channels (office hours).



  • Deliver campaigns which contribute to business objectives and targets.
  • Management of marketing budget including tracking costs, monthly reconciliation and reporting.
  • Implementation of campaigns on time, on brief and on budget

Reporting & Analytics


  • Regular reporting on website performance against KPIs.
  • Performance and campaign results tracking.
  • Management of customer database and reporting.
  • Social reporting including reach, engagement and fans.


Experience and skills



  • Marketing or business related degree
  • You will require 5 -10  years marketing experience in a similar role
  • Ideally experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in print media and development of sales collateral
  • Campaign management including briefing and campaign execution
  • Copywriting experience including understanding of SEO
  • Digital experience including website and social media
