Accounts Payable/Receivable/Administrator

CJ Aerospace is one of Australia's leading Aircraft Spare Parts distributors.

Our state-of-the-art warehouse is dedicated solely to aircraft parts warehousing and distribution. We are specialists in supporting operators of small to medium turboprop aircraft, and we currently support King Air, Caravan, Twin Otter and Beech 1900 aircraft.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry & accounts reconciliation
  • Payroll processing, leave accruals & superannuation
  • Accounts payable- contacting suppliers for invoicing & preparing weekly payments in multiple currencies
  • Accounts receivable - customer invoicing, emailing statements & answering calls relating to customer accounts
  • Liaison with external advisors
  • Work closely with the sales & warehousing teams in both our Sydney & Cairns offices
  • Provide support to management as required
  • General office support including administration duties, filing & archiving

Skills & Experience:

  • Xero software experience is essential. Experience with Hubdoc would be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years accounting/ bookkeeping experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as a team but also work independently
