The **3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-1357 Contact Adhesive** (P/N **021200-19893**) is a **polychloroprene-based, gray/green liquid adhesive**. It provides **high immediate handling strength**, excellent **moisture and heat resistance**, and bonds a wide range of substrates including metals and plastics. This adhesive has a **flash point of -14°F**, a **boiling point of 132°F**, and a **specific gravity of 0.84**.
