The **Hartzell 107383 Propeller De-Ice Boot** is an electric de-ice component used on applicable Hartzell five-blade lightweight turbine propeller installations. The de-ice boot is installed on the propeller blade as part of the aircraft's propeller ice protection system. Hartzell introduced P/N 107383 as a replacement for the earlier **105622 de-ice boot** on affected propellers.
