The **Callington Aerocare Gel (CH8150HG)** is a viscous, slow-drying cleaning gel formulated for **easy cleaning of heavily soiled aircraft surfaces**, including the lower fuselage, wing flaps, and nose wheel well. Its **thixotropic gel formulation** provides extended dwell time and is suitable for **wet and dry wash applications**. CH8150HG can be used **undiluted or mixed with water** depending on soil intensity: - **Heavy soil:** apply undiluted - **Moderate soil:** 1 part gel to 5 parts water - **Light soil:** 1 part gel to 10 parts water > Dilution guidance is provided as general reference. **Wet Wash:** Apply using a cloth, mop, brush, pad, or spray equipment. Allow up to 5 minutes for penetration and agitate if needed. Rinse thoroughly with flowing water or a high-pressure washer, working from top to bottom. **Dry Wash:** Dilute 1:5 with water. Apply to heavily soiled sections using a cloth or cleaning tool. Allow up to 5 minutes before wiping with a clean cloth. Replace cloths when saturated. **Heavy-Duty Cleaning (Landing Gear & Wheel Wells):** Apply undiluted and leave a film for up to 5 minutes.
