DESCRIPTION

The **Alcor Thermocouple – Cessna** (P/N **86317**) is an **ungrounded Type K thermocouple** designed for **exhaust gas temperature (EGT)** and **turbine inlet temperature (TIT)** measurement. **Type K** EGT, TIT and some CHT thermocouples are identified by **red (-)** and **yellow (+)** wires. Type K thermocouples are manufactured using **alumel (red)** and **chromel (yellow)** metals.
