DESCRIPTION
The **Plane-Power ALT-9522** is a new, Prestolite-style, gear-driven aircraft alternator assembly rated at **24 V and 50 A**.
Hartzell Engine Tech’s Prestolite-style alternators feature a refined and improved Prestolite design. This alternator style has been widely used on legacy OEM aircraft applications.
The ALT-9522 is an FAA-PMA replacement for Electrosystems alternator **ALT-9422** and is eligible for selected Beechcraft aircraft applications. The required drive gear is not included.
