Marsh Brothers M-04-1000-1 KINGAIR NLG DOOR - HINGE BUSHING KIT

The **Marsh Brothers Aviation King Air Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Door Hinge Kit** (P/N **M-04-1000-1**) is designed for the nose landing gear door hinge bushings of eligible King Air aircraft. Traditional metal bushings require periodic lubrication and can be difficult to access during maintenance. If the bushings are not lubricated regularly, corrosion may develop and cause the bushing and sleeve to seize together. This can affect door rigging and operation and may contribute to an inoperative gear door or damage to the gear door and its supporting structure. The kit uses non-metallic **AeroTough® GF polymer bushings** with inherent self-lubricating properties. These bushings provide smooth, grease-free operation and do not require periodic lubrication. Reaming may be necessary if corrosion or other damage to the airframe is present. --- ## Applications The **M-04-1000-1** kit is approved for selected **Textron Aviation King Air aircraft models**. Eligibility is limited to the models covered by **Transport Canada Part Design Approval PDA20-1**.
