DESCRIPTION
The **Plane-Power R1224BS-14** is a solid-state aircraft voltage regulator supplied in a 14 V configuration with six mounting holes.
Part of the R1224B Series, it is designed to replace eligible voltage regulators on selected twin-engine Cessna, Beechcraft and Vulcanair aircraft.
The regulator incorporates over-voltage, field-short and reverse-battery protection. It also supports precision load sharing between alternators and connection to an alternator-inoperative warning lamp.
Although supplied in a 14 V configuration, the regulator can be configured in the field for 14 V or 28 V operation by changing two internal jumpers.
