DESCRIPTION
The **Plane-Power R1224BS-28** is a solid-state aircraft voltage regulator configured for 28 V operation in nominal 24 V aircraft electrical systems.
Part of the R1224B Series, it is designed to replace eligible voltage regulators in selected twin Cessna, Beechcraft and Vulcanair applications.
The regulator provides over-voltage, field-short and reverse-battery protection. It also supports precision load sharing in twin-alternator installations and connection to an alternator-inoperative warning lamp.
The R1224B regulator can be configured in the field for 14 V or 28 V operation by changing two internal jumpers.
