DESCRIPTION

The **Marsh Brothers Aviation Cabin Door Hinge Bushing Kit** (P/N **M-03-1003**) provides an upgrade for the cabin door hinges of eligible Beechcraft aircraft. The included bushings are manufactured from Marsh Brothers’ proprietary **AeroTough® GF polymer**, a durable material with inherent self-lubricating properties. Designed specifically to fit the applicable OEM hinge and hinge pin, these AeroTough® GF bushings are drop-in replacements for the original bronze bushings. They eliminate metal-to-metal contact and do not require periodic or supplemental lubrication. The kit contains **four cabin door hinge bushings**. The hinges and hinge pins are not included. --- ## Applications The **M-03-1003** kit is approved for selected **Beechcraft Bonanza, Baron, Travel Air and Turbocharged Baron aircraft**. Eligibility varies by aircraft model and serial-number range.
