The **Marsh Brothers Aviation King Air Flap Roller Kit** (P/N **M-04-1002**) is a complete inboard and outboard flap roller upgrade kit for eligible King Air 200 and 300 Series aircraft. Traditional grease-packed flap roller bearings may be affected by grease condition, contamination and bearing seizure. The M-04-1002 kit uses a self-lubricating bearing system that does not require grease, helping to reduce unscheduled maintenance and wear of the aircraft flap tracks. The bearing components are manufactured from **AeroTough® GF**, a proprietary engineered thermoplastic material with inherent self-lubricating properties. The material is designed to operate across a wide range of temperatures. The complete kit contains **16 flap roller assemblies**, covering the forward and aft positions of the inboard and outboard flaps. --- ## Applications The **M-04-1002** kit is approved for selected **King Air 200 and 300 Series aircraft**. Eligibility is limited to the models covered by the applicable Transport Canada, FAA and ANAC Supplemental Type Certificates.
