The **Marsh Brothers Aviation King Air Forward Outboard Flap Roller** (P/N **M-04-1002-1**) is a **0.75-inch roller assembly** designed for the forward position of the outboard flap on eligible King Air 200 and 300 Series aircraft. The roller uses a self-lubricating bearing system that does not require grease, helping to reduce the risk of bearing seizure, unscheduled maintenance and wear of the aircraft flap tracks. Its bearing components are manufactured from **AeroTough® GF**, a proprietary engineered thermoplastic material with inherent self-lubricating properties. The material is designed to operate across a wide range of temperatures. The complete King Air Flap Roller Kit (P/N **M-04-1002**) requires **four M-04-1002-1 assemblies** for the forward outboard flap positions. The M-04-1002-1 product is supplied individually. --- ## Applications The **M-04-1002-1** forward outboard flap roller is approved for selected **King Air 200 and 300 Series aircraft**.
