Marsh Brothers M1000 MLG DOOR HINGE KIT - BEECH BONANZA

The **Marsh Brothers Aviation Bonanza Main Landing Gear (MLG) Door Hinge Kit** (P/N **M1000**) is designed to replace the main landing gear door hinge bushings and associated installation hardware on eligible Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft. Traditional metal bushings require periodic lubrication and can be difficult to access during maintenance. If they are not lubricated regularly, corrosion may cause the bushing and sleeve to seize together. This can affect landing gear door rigging and operation and may contribute to damage to the door or its supporting structure. The M1000 kit uses non-metallic **AeroTough® GF polymer bushings** with inherent self-lubricating properties. These bushings provide smooth, grease-free operation and do not require periodic lubrication. ### Installation Information Access to the main landing gear door hinge brackets can be difficult. The separate **M1002 Baron/Bonanza MLG Door Hinge Installation Kit** is not essential, but is recommended to simplify removal and installation of the bushings. The optional M1002 installation kit is sold separately and includes: - Modified C-clamp - **0.251-inch straight-flute reamer** - Spacer - Push pin --- ## Applications The **M1000** kit is approved for selected **Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft models** covered by the applicable Transport Canada and FAA Supplemental Type Certificates. The early Models 35, 35R and A35 through G35 shown under FAA Type Certificate A-777 are not marked as approved for this kit in the manufacturer’s approval table and have therefore not been included in the technical specifications below.
