Marsh Brothers M1005 DOOR HINGE BUSHING KIT, Nose Landing Gear, Baron/B

The **Marsh Brothers Aviation Baron/Bonanza Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Door Hinge Kit** (P/N **M1005**) is designed to replace the nose landing gear door hinge bushings and associated installation hardware on eligible Beechcraft Baron and Bonanza aircraft. Traditional metal bushings require periodic lubrication and can be difficult to access during maintenance. If they are not lubricated regularly, corrosion may cause the bushing and sleeve to seize together. This can affect landing gear door rigging and operation and may contribute to damage to the door or its supporting structure. The M1005 kit uses non-metallic **AeroTough® GF polymer bushings** with inherent self-lubricating properties. These bushings provide smooth, grease-free operation and do not require periodic lubrication. The early Bonanza Models 35, 35R and A35 through G35 shown under FAA Type Certificate A-777 are not marked as approved for this kit. The Bonanza G36 is also not marked as approved and has therefore not been included in the technical specifications below.
